Watermelon Ginger Sparkler Pregnancy Cocktail - Insanely refreshing without being too sweet.

Spring Mocktails for Pregnancy

Spring Mocktails for Pregnancy

So far, it hasn’t been very difficult to go without my usual glass of red wine overnight while I’m pregnant. I’ve had a few times where I really just miss sitting and enjoying a good glass and winding down, but I have never craved the flavor. As Spring comes along, and I know it will start to get warmer, I am preparing myself for not being able to enjoy a cold beer or a nice chilled glass of white wine on the patio. I have come up with a list of some great mocktails that I think will hold me over until I can enjoy my beloved adult beverages again in July! These icy treats are sure to bust any cocktail craving you might have while pregnant.

1. Citrus Coconut Soda – Refreshing as a mocktail or just make a pitcher and enjoy all day long.

2. Celery Salty Dog – In case you’re craving something a little less sweet.

4. Blood Orange and Ginger Soda – Blood Oranges are in season here in Phoenix during the Spring, and this just seemed too good to pass up! (And, to use up all the blood oranges from my orange tree.)

5. Mamarita – A classic mocktail. Even though you’re pregnant, you can still get your fix on Cinco de Mayo!
